Shooting with Abby + Mike was such a blast. We had already rescheduled once due to rain but on the morning of this go around, the rain thankfully held off.
We met up at Baked & Wired in Georgetown, DC. If you haven't been, you absolutely MUST try their dirty chai and one of their "uniporn & rainhoes" cupcakes. Yes, it's a real thing.
I knew I would like Abby by the way that she texts, and the fact that she sends gifs. And I knew I would like Mike by his facial expressions in photos of the outfit options they sent me. And I was right, I loved them!
Oddly enough, they both work in events (which is how they met!) and I got to shoot their engagement session just weeks before my last day at my corporate job, in events. That felt like such a happy and meaningful coincidence.
