BOOKING limited 2024 Weddings

joyful imagery for folks who want things documented exactly as they felt
the experience
When couples see their photos and say ‘wow, that’s so us!’, I know I’ve done my job well.
My philosophy is people first, photos second. So, after you inquire, I kick things off by getting to know you. I have a video call with every couple that clicks submit on my contact form. Although this happens to be my job, I don’t view weddings or sessions as work, but rather as a shared human experience. Getting to know you humanizes our relationship, helps me to better tell your story and makes everything a lot more fun.

Once we’re official (contract signed and retainer received), I’m here to be a resource for you during planning. This could look like you sending me reception outfit options and me “hearting” every single one OR it could look like us having an informed conversation about timeline logistics and how you can successfully enter your reception via sailboat. Whatever it may be, I’m here for it.

During your wedding, I am neither a fly on the wall nor am I an orchestrator. I’m not going to be small and quiet, but I also won’t be disruptive. The way I get the photos I make is by getting involved and actively participating. I'll snag a mini crab cake during cocktail hour while simultaneously chatting up your college friends and getting some fire candids. And when the dance floor opens, you’ll find me in the middle of it. The intent is that your family and your guests see me as a human, a friend, part of the event. They won’t forget that I’m there, but they will forget that I have a camera. The result? Authentic, dynamic and natural images.

After your wedding, your mom and I might be best buds. And your wedding party might beg me to come to the after party. Later, I’ll carefully go through every image from your day. I’ll edit and deliver the very best ones. “Best” is defined as anything fridge, wall, album or phone lock screen worthy. And anything you’d want to show future generations. My editing is what I’d call “enhanced natural”. I want your gallery to look like the day was, with a little bit more polish and pizzaz. My top priority is true skin tones, and I base all of my exposure adjustments and color corrections on that.

What happens post-delivery? I’m a relationship girlie so if we end up homies, that’s an added bonus. It’s not uncommon for me to get brunch or go to workout classes with my past couples. This also extends to friends and family, who have in the past invited me to Thanksgiving dinner, various sporting events and outings.
If all of this has you saying “hell yeah”, then let’s chat.

hands down the best decision i made in the planning process
Who you surround yourself with on your wedding day is important, and that goes for your vendors as well. And Maggie was someone we were so excited to have with us that day. She cares about her clients and her work in a way that comes so naturally to her and it shows. Her talent and willingness to get creative makes her photos so uniquely yours and you can quite literally see you and your partner's personalities in her photos.

MAGGIE SHUT THE HECK UP.
You're literally kidding me - these are unbelievable!! You made me feel so beautiful all night long and the most comfortable in front of the camera.

i couldn't recommend maggie enough!
As a working professional in the film and television industry, I had high expectations when searching for a photographer to capture our wedding story. Maggie exceeded all of them!
She was incredibly professional, yet fun and personable, throughout the entire experience. Of all our vendors, she was the easiest to communicate with. We had a specific vision for how our photos would look, and she nailed it.
All of our photos (film, polaroid, and digital) are beautiful and high quality. The fact that she also offers to shoot on film was a game-changer for us. Our photos were easy for us and our family to access, download, and have printed. My Instagram feed has never looked better! We’ve hung up many of her photos throughout our house and will cherish them forever.
